Back in Action
It’s been a while since I last wrote something! It’s really difficult to find the time and energy sometimes.
For the last 3 months I have been working for the WRU as lead physio for the Wales Women. Obviously, this makes life particularly busy on top of regular clinic work, so writing tends to take a back seat. There is also an issue with inspiration…ironically there are lots of fascinating things to write about about, but it’s not really appropriate to be writing them as the patient could be identified.
There are pro’s and cons to the 6 Nations being over…for a start I was getting pretty exhausted and so a rest is welcome, however, it’s such a great experience working in the 6 nations that it’s a little sad not to be doing it!
Now it’s finished it’s back to writing and back to the plan of setting up my own clinic. There’s been a delay in the clinic building process, so at the moment it’s home visits only, but I’ve already got my first few patients and looking to build from there 🙂
I’m planning on writing every Monday again as that suits me well and since losing all the old blog posts from my old blog I really want to re-write some of the key foundations posts on the principles of therapy. However, if there is anything you particularly want me to write about, feel free to get in touch 🙂
